THE VIETNAMESE KITCHEN offers 85-100 recipes—fresh, low fat, mostly vegan, mostly gluten free—from Mustard Leaf Salad Rolls to Banh Mi to Cameron’s contemporary ​interpretations of traditional dishes. He has developed these recipes, during his years living and travelling throughout Vietnam.

Cameron intersperses recipes with engaging stories of experiences he’s had at markets, in temple kitchens, and in the homes of friends.
